First of all let me say well done for having excellent taste in pet bugs! Millipedes make fantastic pets, they don't require much attention, most are hardy enough, they eat left-overs, you don't have to take them for walks, they are interesting to watch, they can be handled (carefully), most have fantastic colours and they also have a relatively good grasp of the English language.

When I first started keeping giant millipedes around 5 years ago I found some fantastic information across many sources. This website in its new re-vamped form is an attempt to pull all of this information together along with my own experiences. I hope that all you potential millipedes owners out there find it useful.
